SLE, CNS Vasculitis, Systemic Vasculitis, Juvenile Dermatomyositis: 500-1000 mg/m2/dose IV Maximum 1200 mg/dose Dosed at various frequencies dependent on indication and protocol Alternative Systemic Vasculitis Dosing: 15 mg/kg/dose IV q2weeks x 3 doses, then q3weeks based on response.
