Eye Drops: Initial: 1-2 drops into conjunctival sac 4-6 times a day. In severe conditions, may use Q1H until controlled then taper prior to discontinuation. Eye Ointment: apply thin strip in the conjunctival sac TID-QID initially then once to twice daily thereafter. |
