FILGRASTIM (Paeds) (G-CSF, granulocyte colony stimulating factor, Neupogen, Nivestym) Mechanism of action: Recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factor Ref: 43, 44, 518 Last update: 2022-06-25	Injection: 300 mcg/mL, 1 mL vials	Febrile Neutropenia Prophylaxis: Adults and Children:   5 mcg/kg/dose SC once daily; continue until ANC is adequate as per  protocol   Peripheral stem cell mobilization: 10 mcg/kg/dose SC 4 hrs prior to apheresis	Endpoints of filgrastim therapy vary between different chemotherapy protocols.
