Children:
<=40 kg: 0.5 mg/kg/dose PO QHS - QID PRN Max: 25 mg/dose
>40 kg: 25-50 mg PO QHS - BID PRN Max: 100 mg/day

Adults: 
10-50 mg/dose PO TID-QID PRN Max: 200 mg/day

 Parenteral form is for IM injection only which may produce local discomfort, erythema, sterile abscesses and tissue necrosis.
