Second generation histamine H1 antagonist

Children 2-24 mos:
2.5 mg PO once daily

Children 2-5 years old (< 30 kg):  
5 mg PO once daily

Children ≥ 6 years (> 30 kg):
10 mg PO once daily
 Second generation H1-antihistamine; non-sedating.

Onset of action: 1-3 hours



Standard Prescription:
