Mycophenolate mofetil 1000 mg = mycophenolate sodium (Myfortic) 720 mg. Myfortic tablets are enteric coated; do not crush, chew or split the tablets. Teratogenic: women of reproductive potential must be counselled on pregnancy planning and prevention. Other organ transplants (heart, liver, lung, bowel, etc,) follow specific protocols.
