Children < 5 years old:
0.2 mg/kg/dose PO BID to QID
(Maximum: 15 mg/24 hr)

Children > 5 years old:
5 mg PO BID to TID
(Maximum: 15 mg/24 hr)

Adults:
5 mg PO BID to QID.
Atropine-like side effects (dry mouth, blurred vision, dizziness and drowsiness are most common).
