For the treatment of pulmonary hypertension. Hypotension is the dose-limiting side effect. Drug interactions exist, especially for those metabolized by CYP450 (3A4, 2C9, 2D6), consult Micromedex for a complete list. Avoid concomitant use with vasodilators eg nitrates.
