Calcium chloride should be available to treat hypotension. Avoid use in infants due to severe apnea, severe sinus bradycardia, hypotension and cardiac arrest. Contraindications: cardiogenic shock, AV Block, left ventricular failure, severe chronic heart failure, severe hypotension, sick sinus syndrome, Wolff-Parkinson-White Pattern.
