A low usage item; no inventory kept at BCCH but can be obtained within 24 hrs.		 Severe Infections:
Children: 10-20 mg/kg/dose IM Q12H. Max 1 g/dose

Tuberculosis:
Children: 15-20 mg/kg/dose IM daily. Max. 1 g/dose		 Monitor auditory and renal status.

For TB, to be given with other anti-TB drugs.
