Max. 500 mg/dose Cystic Fibrosis for Nontuberculous Mycobacteria: 7.5mg/kg/dose PO Q12H. Max. 500 mg/dose Adults: 250-500 mg/dose PO Q12H. Max. 1 g/24 hr. 500 mg/dose	Clarithromycin liquid should not be administered through G-tubes as blockage can result CYP P450 inhibitor; may increase digoxin, cisapride, carbamazepine and other medication levels levels if given concurrently. Check for drug interactions. May be given with or without meals. Standard Prescription: clarithromycin__mg PO Q__H (__mg/kg/day)
