Standard Prescription
dexamethasone eye drops __ drops into conjunctival sac of

dexamethasone eye ointment __cm into conjunctival sac of __eye(s) Q__H
__eye(s) Q__H
dexamethasone eye ointment __cm into conjunctival sac of __eye(s) Q__H
Dosages
Eye Drops:
Initial: 1-2 drops into conjunctival sac 4-6 times a day. In severe conditions, may use Q1H until controlled then taper prior to discontinuation.

Eye Ointment:
apply thin strip in the conjunctival sac TID-QID initially then once to twice daily thereafter.
