Dosages
Cystic Fibrosis Patients > 5 years:
2.5 mg by inhalation once daily. (Preferably after morning physiotherapy.)
Some patients may benefit from BID dosing.

Comments
Store in refrigerator.
Response to dornase is highly variable; a 3 month therapeutic trial is reasonable but continued treatment should be based on clear clinical response.
Do not mix with other medications in the nebulizer.
Used in patients < 5 years for resolution of persistent atelectasis as a 1-2 month trial.
