Dosages
Apply to affected area BID to TID. Reassess therapy after 5 days
Mechanism of Action
Anti-infective, inhibition of protein synthesis by binding to the isoleucyl t-RNA synthetase in Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus

Comments
Some products may contain polyethylene glycol (PEG) and should be used with caution in burn patients or moderate to severe renal impairment where potentially toxic amounts of PEG vehicle may be absorbed.
