pyrazinamide __mg PO ___(frequency) (__mg/kg/dose)
Dosages
Children:
30-40 mg/kg/dose PO once daily. Max 2g/dose or
60-80 mg/kg/dose PO three times weekly (Max 2 g/dose).

Mechanism of Action
Antituberculosis agent.

Comments
Should not be given alone in the treatment of TB.
