Dosages
Myasthenia Gravis:
Infants, Children, Adolscents: 0.5-1 mg/kg/dose PO Q4H
(Usual max 60 mg/dose. Total daily max: 7 mg/kg/24 hr).

Mechanism of Action
Acetylcholinesterase inhibitor.
Forms Supplied
tablets: 60 mg, 180 mg SR (slow release)
Comments
Doses should be divided equally throughout the day.
SR tablets usually dosed once to twice daily (min 6 hrs between doses).
