Dosages
Infants and Children <2 years: 20 mg PO QID PRN. Maximum: 240 mg/24 hr.
Children 2-12 years: 40 mg PO QID PRN. Maximum: 240 mg/24 hr.
Children >12 years and Adults: 40-360 mg PO after meals and QHS PRN. Maximum: 500 mg/24 hr.
