cefprozil __mg PO BID (__mg/kg/24hr)

Dosages

Children:
7.5-15 mg/kg/dose PO BID.
Maximum: 500 mg/dose

Children > 12 yrs and adults:
250 to 500 mg PO BID

Second generation cephalosporin antiobiotic.
