Dosages
Physiologic Replacement:
10 to 12 mg/m2/24 hr PO div. Q8H.
Minor Stress:
2 to 4x physiologic replacement.
Anti-inflammatory:
2.5 to 10 mg/kg/24 hr PO div. Q6 to 8H.
10 to 12 mg/m2/24 hr PO div. Q8H.
Minor Stress:
2 to 4x physiologic replacement.

2.5 to 10 mg/kg/24 hr PO div. Q6 to 8H.
